| Tecno showcases the MegaBook T15 360 and T15 360 Pro with 360-degree hinges at IFA ShowStoppers 2026 |
The IFA 2026 show floor in Berlin is officially buzzing, and Tecno is making sure it isn’t left out of the conversation. At the ShowStoppers event this week, the brand best known for disrupting the smartphone market has announced a significant expansion of its computing portfolio. We previously covered the MegaBook S14 back in 2025, which impressed us as a lightweight 14-inch option with a stunning OLED panel. However, Tecno is now proving that its laptop ambitions go far beyond ultra-portable clamshells.
The big news is the introduction of the MegaBook T15 360 series—the company’s first foray into convertible laptops—alongside the massive MegaBook T17 Ultra and a budget-friendly option known as the K15S WCL.
Here is a closer look at everything Tecno has brought to the table this year.
The Star of the Show: MegaBook T15 360 and T15 360 Pro
For years, Tecno’s laptops have been traditional, solid, productivity machines. With the new T15 360 series, the company is finally bending the rules—literally.
The MegaBook T15 360 and the higher-spec T15 360 Pro are Tecno's first MegaBook laptops to feature a 360-degree hinge and a touchscreen display. This design allows users to fold the display into four distinct modes: standard laptop mode, tablet mode, tent mode, or stand mode. Whether you are giving a presentation, watching a movie, or sketching out ideas, the versatility is a welcome addition to the lineup.
Both models boast a premium all-metal body with CNC-machined construction, giving them a robust and flagship-level feel that belies their mid-range pricing.
Both versions sport a 15.6-inch 16:9 touchscreen with 10-point multitouch support. For creative users, Tecno also offers optional MPP 2.0 active pen support, making it easy to write, draw, or take digital notes directly on the screen.
However, to justify the "Pro" moniker and price difference, Tecno has differentiated the display specs quite aggressively:
- MegaBook T15 360: Features a Full HD (1920x1080) display, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and 320 nits of typical brightness.
- MegaBook T15 360 Pro: Steps things up with a sharper 2560 x 1440 resolution, a silky smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB color gamut coverage, and 350 nits of typical brightness.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, the T15 360 series can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor. This is a notably powerful chip for a machine in this price bracket. For context, the same processor is also available in the premium Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 7, a mobile workstation that costs significantly more. In our previous testing of the ThinkPad P1 Gen 7 with the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H, we found the architecture to be highly efficient. According to our processor comparison benchmarks, the Core Ultra 9 185H is around 9% faster overall than the Core Ultra 7, meaning the T15 360 Pro should handle heavy multitasking and moderate creative work without breaking a sweat.
The laptops come equipped with LPDDR5X memory running at up to 7,467 MT/s, ensuring that the integrated Arc graphics have plenty of bandwidth to work with. For storage, Tecno is using fast PCIe M.2 2280 SSDs, and selected configurations will offer a second M.2 slot for those who need extra room for files or games.

Battery, Connectivity, and Ecosystem
Tecno is keeping things practical in the power department. Both the T15 360 and T15 360 Pro feature a sizable 70Wh battery and come bundled with a 65W PD GaN charger, which should be compact enough to toss in a bag without adding bulk.
Connectivity is solid, with support for up to Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4. Tecno claims there are seven ports in total on the chassis, giving users plenty of options for peripherals and external displays.
One of the more interesting software features is OneLeap. This ecosystem tool allows users to connect compatible Tecno phones, tablets, and PCs to share data seamlessly between them. If you are already invested in the Tecno smartphone ecosystem, this laptop will play very nicely with your other devices.
Other notable features include a backlit keyboard with a dedicated numeric keypad—a boon for spreadsheet warriors—and a fingerprint reader built into the power button for quick, secure logins. Tecno has also included dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra support, a webcam, and dual digital microphones for clear video conferencing.
Going Big: The MegaBook T17 Ultra
For those who prefer a desktop replacement, Tecno is also showcasing the MegaBook T17 Ultra. This marks Tecno’s first foray into the 17.3-inch laptop category.
The T17 Ultra features a 16:9 display and can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and LPDDR5X memory, suggesting flagship-level performance aimed at content creators and power users who need screen real estate.
To power that massive display, Tecno has equipped this laptop with a massive 99.99Wh battery. This is important to note, as 99.99Wh is the maximum battery capacity allowed by aviation authorities for carry-on luggage. To keep those batteries topped up quickly, it supports 100W GaN PD fast charging.
The Value Option: MegaBook K15S WCL
Tecno is also looking to capture the budget-conscious student and professional market with the MegaBook K15S WCL.
This model is interesting because it utilizes Intel's Wildcat Lake platform. While Tecno has not specified the exact processor yet, the Wildcat Lake architecture is designed for efficiency and affordability. The K15S WCL features a more modern 16:10 aspect ratio display, which is taller and generally preferred for productivity tasks like reading documents and browsing the web. Despite its value positioning, it still retains an all-metal chassis, a 70Wh battery, and 65W GaN charging.
Pricing and Availability
If you are eager to get your hands on the new convertibles, you won’t have to wait too long. The MegaBook T15 360 series is slated to arrive in Europe in Q4 2026.
- MegaBook T15 360: Will be priced between €899 and €999, depending on the configuration.
- MegaBook T15 360 Pro: Will be priced at €1,099.
Tecno has not yet announced pricing or availability for the MegaBook T17 Ultra or the K15S WCL, but we expect more information to roll out closer to the holiday season.
Tecno is making a bold statement at IFA 2026. By moving into the convertible space with the T15 360 series and expanding into larger form factors, the brand is positioning itself as a serious contender in the Windows laptop market.
