| The IdeaPad Slim 3x 15Q7X11 has received its first release. |
Lenovo has expanded its Snapdragon C laptop lineup without much fanfare. After unveiling 14-inch and 15-inch IdeaPad Slim 3x models less than a month ago, the company released the smaller 14-inch version across East Asia and Southeast Asia first. Now, the 15-inch sibling has joined it in the same markets.
At the time of writing, active product pages can only be found in Hong Kong and Singapore. However, Lenovo has already listed the IdeaPad Slim 3x 15Q7X11 as “coming soon” in Europe. The company’s PSREF website also confirms that the laptop will get a full global release at some stage, so this looks like a staged rollout rather than a limited regional experiment. You can check the full PSREF listing here.
Pricing and availability
In Hong Kong, the IdeaPad Slim 3x 15Q7X11 starts at HKD 6,879. In Singapore, it starts at SGD 1,150, which works out to roughly $897. Lenovo’s local product pages are already live for both markets: Hong Kong and Singapore.
For that money, Lenovo includes the Snapdragon C C11-0100, an octa-core chipset that Qualcomm announced earlier this year. At this stage, it is unclear how the Snapdragon C C11-0100 compares against the Snapdragon X X1-26-100 inside the existing IdeaPad Slim 3x 15Q8X10. That older model was reviewed in 2025 and is currently listed at $649 on Amazon.
Same core specs across the board
Not only does the Snapdragon C C11-0100 feature in all models, but so does 8 GB of soldered LPDDR5X-6393 RAM — at least for now. Every variant also gets 512 GB of M.2 2242 storage and a 50 Wh battery.
Lenovo says that battery can last 13.5 hours when web browsing and 33 hours when playing locally stored 1080p videos at 150 nits. That second figure is notable: it is a claimed 78% longer runtime than the 15Q8X10 with a 50 Wh battery. Lenovo also claims the IdeaPad Slim 3x 15Q7X11 lasts 46% longer than the IdeaPad Slim 3 15Q8X10, even when the latter has a 20% larger battery. If those numbers hold up in real-world use, the new Snapdragon C model could be a serious battery-life upgrade for budget buyers. More context on Lenovo’s recent Slim 3 moves can be found via LaptopsCheck and its lineup coverage.
Two display options
Buyers can choose from two display options. The entry panel is a 60 Hz IPS screen with just 45% NTSC colour space coverage. Step up, and Lenovo offers a 120 Hz IPS panel with 100% sRGB coverage. That upgraded display keeps 400 nits of peak brightness and a native resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels.
What to watch for
The IdeaPad Slim 3x 15Q7X11 is not a flagship laptop, and the 8 GB of soldered RAM may be a sticking point for some users. But the combination of a new Snapdragon C chip, a 50 Wh battery, and a 120 Hz display option could make it an appealing budget machine — especially in markets where the 14-inch version has already arrived.
For now, shoppers in Hong Kong and Singapore can buy it directly from Lenovo. Everyone else will have to wait for the European “coming soon” listing to turn into a real launch, followed by the broader global rollout that PSREF suggests is coming.
